*Please note that the government rebate for longer telehealth consultations is only available for patients who are registered with MyMedicare. Please register yourself and your family so that you may avoid larger out-of-pocket fees, if the consultation exceeds 20 minutes. If you have trouble registering online, please see our friendly reception staff for assistance.
There is no rebate available under Medicare if you have not been seen face-to-face in the previous 12 months.
Full payment for your consultation will be requested at the end of your appointment.

Each appointment is confined to one patient
Please note a non-attendance fee or late cancellation will apply (2 hours cancellation notice required). This fee will need to be paid before next appointment booked.
We offer bulk billing for the following:
Department of Veteran Affairs Patients (Gold Card)
Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessment appointments
Childhood immunisations appointments
Patients who require Procedures, Biopsies, Infusions or Dressings, all attract an out of pocket fee in addition to their consultation fee.
